Returns

We want you to feel confident in your ItaliaForno purchase and are here to help if something isn’t right.

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The oven must be unused

  • Returned in its original crate or packaging

  • In the same condition in which it was received

Returns must be approved prior to shipment. To request a Return Authorization (RA), please contact: info@italiaforno.com

Please note:

  • Original outbound freight and return freight are the responsibility of the customer

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We are unable to accept returns for ovens that have been used, installed, or altered

Once the oven is received and inspected at our warehouse, any eligible refund will be processed according to the terms outlined below.


Freight Damage & Order Discrepancies

All ItaliaForno ovens are insured through our freight partners to your delivery address. While damage during transit is rare, proper inspection at delivery is essential to ensure coverage.

Before signing the delivery receipt, you must inspect your oven carefully.

  • If visible damage is present, you may refuse delivery, or

  • Have the driver clearly note all damage on the Bill of Lading (Proof of Delivery)

ItaliaForno cannot be responsible for freight damage that is not documented at the time of delivery.

You must also inspect your entire order for missing items, incorrect products, or concealed damage within five (5) days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt and reviewing the return details.

If your return meets our return guidelines, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 days, less any applicable freight or handling charges.

If there are any questions or concerns identified during inspection, our team will reach out to discuss next steps and work toward a fair resolution.


Exchanges

We replace items only when they are confirmed to be defective or damaged and properly documented.

If you wish to exchange for a different model, the original oven must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for all inbound and outbound freight costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

  • Pre-Orders
    A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a pre-order. Due to high demand and limited container availability, pre-orders are often allocated prior to arrival.

    If canceled prior to shipment, the $250 deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

  • Orders Paid in Full
    Orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded within 7–14 days.


Right to Refuse Service

ItaliaForno reserves the right to refuse sale to any customer at its sole discretion.


ItaliaForno Limited Warranty

ItaliaForno warrants this appliance to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies to residential outdoor use only.

This Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Improper installation

  • Installation indoors or in enclosed spaces

  • Commercial use

  • Modification or alteration of any component

  • Use of fuels other than those specified on the rating plate

  • Overheating beyond rated temperature

  • Corrosion from weather exposure without a protective cover

  • Normal discoloration of stainless steel

  • Scratches, cosmetic wear, or finish fading

  • Damage caused by grease fires

  • Failure to follow maintenance instructions

  • Use of non-ItaliaForno replacement parts

The door, refractory tiles, gaskets, igniter battery, and other consumable components are not covered under warranty.ItaliaForno shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages including property damage, loss of use, or personal injury. Some states do not allow exclusion of such damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Proof of purchase is required to initiate any warranty claim.
